Shape Up Arizona — Admission is Free!

The local event for the national, non-profit organization, Shape Up US.  Shape Up US is dedicated to providing parents, children, and teachers the educational tools to make informed decisions about their overall wellness with a focus on cardiovascular health, physical exercise, nutrition, and mental and emotional well-being.

This event offers a full day of fun for the whole family to enjoy with fitness events, the Suns Gorilla, food tasting, Kid’s Bouncers, raffles, and much more!

Elyse Ann will be offering free mini-sessions during this event.

Reiki II Certification Training*

Reiki II enhances your abilities and the flow of Reiki energy through you.  The three sacred symbols that work with the energies of empowerment, emotional and mental healing, and long distance healing will be presented.  You will learn the tools and intentions to empower the healing experience, how to send Reiki across a distance to another person, and how to work as a conduit for the energy.  Time will be spent practicing how to give and receive a full body treatment.  After the attunement at the end of the session, you will receive your Reiki II Practitioner certificate.

*You must have completed Reiki I level with a Master/Teacher before attending this workshop.

Healing the Heart Center

Do you want to be a happier person? Do you want to experience joy and peace in your everyday life? Do you want to realize your personal dreams and desires? Do you believe that life is about surviving, not living?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this class is for you! You will learn how to work within your heart center to heal yourself and your life so that you can truly live again! This class will introduce you to the self – discovery process and provide you with tools to continue your journey of self – discovery and self – healing. $5 for journaling materials is payable to instructor in class (cash only, please).

Create Your Own Blessings

We all know the saying, “Count your blessings” but when was the last time you counted them?  Would you like to have more blessings in your life to count?  Are there blessings you’ve been unable to obtain?  We all have the ability to create our own blessings and this workshop will take you through a step-by-step method that does just that.  The workshop will culminate with an empowerment exercise to energize the process.
